1. Acceptance.
By accessing or using MyYakan you agree to these Terms and to the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service.
MyYakan is an informational decision-support tool (see the Disclaimer). It is currently offered as a free, invite-only closed beta. Features, availability, and asset coverage may change or be withdrawn at any time.
3. Eligibility.
You must be of legal age and have capacity to enter these Terms in your jurisdiction, and your use must be lawful where you are located.
4. Informational use only.
You acknowledge the content is not financial advice or a trading recommendation and agree not to treat, present, or redistribute it as such.
5. Account & consent.
Access requires an invitation and an account; you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You provide explicit consent to the informational nature of the service at signup; that consent is recorded with a timestamp.
6. Acceptable use.
You will not: use the platform unlawfully; misrepresent its output as advice or as your own; scrape, resell, or redistribute its content; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it; or use it to harm others.
7. Intellectual property.
The platform, its models, and its content are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY] or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for its intended informational purpose only.
8. No warranty; limitation of liability.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties (see the Disclaimer). To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the platform.
9. Indemnification.

We may amend these Terms; material changes are announced before they take effect, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or to protect the service.
